Andaluz Tapas Bar

I was lucky enough to be invited to a preview night in May to this new Salem restaurant. Andaluz.

It was a fun night especially with the white and red sangria flowing. The meal was a prix fixe format with a variety of tapas arriving and being devoured quickly. I only have good memories from that night.

I recently returned. Oh my.

The tri-tip.
The shrimp.
The eggplant and couscous.
The sangria.

The churros with dipping chocolate.
